Vaccine Reports

Creating Vaccine Reports from the Mobile App

From the field, you can quickly look up vaccine records right on the iPad, filtering by date range, customer, and patient. You can export the report as a PDF, sharing that report (such as e-mail, text, or print). This is especially useful when you have a customer that is asking what horses are due for vaccines, needing proof of vaccines for a horse show, or when you need to quickly loop up all vaccines and dates given when on a farm call.

There are 3 ways to pull up your vaccine reports. From "Reports", inside a "Customer" profile, or inside a "Patient" profile. See the steps with examples for all 3 options, below:

Tips:
  • If you only want to see the horse(s) under one specific owner or trainer, running the report from the Customer Profile is the recommended method.
  • If filtering for a customer, you can only filter by patients that belong to that customer.
  • If filtering across all patients, only patients with vaccinations in the given time frame you are searching for, will appear as an option for filtering.
  • For now, you can only filter by one patient at a time.

Option 1 - From Reports:

From the iPad, tap on "Reports". This opens the report page with Vaccination Reports. Filter with the sort options in the blue boxes (date range, patients, physicians). You can use the Patients box to search for a specific patient. To export, click on the PDF icon (top right) to create your PDF. Click on the share icon (top right, box with up arrow) to share (e-mail, text, print, etc.).
