Customize Assessment Discharge Summary
How to Customize the Discharge Summary Notes for a Specific Assessment
You can customize the discharge summary notes to print out (or be included on the PDF when shared/emailed) on the invoice. These steps are from the Web Admin on the computer.
Step 1.
Go to Manage Account > Manage SOAP > Assessment
Step 2.
Click on the specific item you wish to add notes to. Click on the pencil icon at the top right to edit.
Step 3.
Enter notes into the discharge summary notes section, then click SAVE. These notes will now appear on the discharge summary when that assessment item is chosen during a SOAP evaluation.
